Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were not clean to the standards I would expect, needing a thorough cleaning, but on the bright side, the service was very welcoming and friendly. The location was unbeatable with a perfect view of Lake Superior, yet the dining experience was good but lacked variety. The facilities were satisfactory, but some aspects could be improved for a better stay.
My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. On the positive side, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view of the lake from the patios. However, being near the elevator and the ice machine was a bit inconvenient. The service was friendly and accommodating, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The location right on Lake Superior was stunning, but there were some minor issues like running out of certain items. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some meals being excellent while others were lacking. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was truly a mixed experience. On the bright side, the rooms were fine with two comfortable beds and a view of the lake which was very nice. However, they need to be updated badly with smaller pieces of furniture or less clutter to avoid feeling crowded. On the other hand, the rooms were very clean, which I greatly appreciated despite being hard of hearing.
